Each variety is picked individually by hand, in boxes, and then carefully selected at the sorting table. A prefermentation takes place at a temp of 8-10° for 2-3 days. Triggering the alcoholic fermentation takes place at 26-28° C for a period of 14-20 days. After completing alcoholic fermentation, a malolactic fermentation is activated.

The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barriques from Romania & Russia (1st, 2nd and 3rd use). The varieties are blended after the wine is matured.

This wonderful blend has an intense red color, with a complex bouquet of blueberries and ripe cherries, truffles. The taste is intense with aromas of red berries, plum jam, coffee and vanilla. The aftertaste is long with evolving aromas.
